2009 Hotsprings Envoy issues
« on: October 27, 2019, 12:57:18 pm »
Hello all,  new here.
Hoping someone might be able to help me out here.  My filters got a bit dirty and restricted water flow to the recirculating pump.  I removed the filters and turned the power off for a couple of hours.  Turned the power back on and both of the jet pumps work ok but the circ pimp and hear are not working.  This has the IQ 2020 control board.  On the display on top of the tub the power and ready lights are blinking.  Any trouble shooting ideas?

Thanks

The circulation pump is likely has an airlock.  You can either try loosening one of the fittings on the circulation pump to bleed the air out of the line or place a garden hose down the filter with the gray cap and force water through to get the air out.  Once the circulation pump is running then the hot tub will heat.
