help help cant get hot tub to work

i hope someone can help me with this i have an older calspa .just had a new board and topside control installed .nothing is working on top side control the back lite is lit .and its showing a partial display but nothing happins when i try pressing any buttons ?

Some boards have DIP switches, maybe these are not set correctly for your tub? If you have the old board check to match the switch positions.
