That is similar in approach to our installation. We recessed our tub in the deck exposing about 14'' to the top of the tub.

I appreciate all the feed back on my questions. Since the custom price would be hard to compare to any brand can tell one tell me if I am getting a good deal on the Jacuzzi J365. The price I got was $6299 delivered, set up, cover and chemicals. Did I miss anything. There is only one Jacuzzi dealer where I live so I couldn't compare dealers.

Any comments would be helpful.
