Mixing Ozone, UV, and Metals

Is there any way to find out if we can use the metals, like either the copper or silver, when our new exercise swim spa has both Ozone and UV?  We'd like to not have to use the Bromine, but rather copper or silver instead.  Someone said they weren't sure the UV is compatible with metals like copper or silver?

Next question would be... IF they are compatible, is there any reason one can't add a liquid silver solution to the tub?

Many people use Nature 2/Spa Frog in conjunction w/Ozone.  Let me do some digging though to see if an ionizer is similar to what you speak of, though that usually tends to be something added inside the tub ala an ozone system.

You will not be able to use no bromine or chlorine for very long. One or two uses and your water will need to be changed and your tub will need to be disinfected. No matter how much UV, ozone or metal ions you use.
