We are searching for our first hot tub.  We are looking for a tub that is good quality, and that will last a long time. We don't need to have all the extras, since we are likely not to use them.  There will be 3-4 people who will use it.  We don't want a lounger.  The tub would be going into a deck which would be open on two sides for access.

After visiting our local dealers we have narrowed down the search to these four models.  The Rhythm, Vanto and Edison on paper appear to be about the same, is there anything that would make you pick one over the other?  Bullfrog is the most expensive one and it only has one pump, does that make a huge difference when comparing to the other three tubs?  We do like the additional warranty offered in the Bullfrog. At this point we haven't wet tested any of these tubs.

All three dealers that we visited have been in the business a long time and seem good, so that wouldn't be a deciding factor.

The R6 is a step above the other 3 hot tubs (different class.)  Technically, yes it has only 1 jet pump, but more jet options.

The Vanto and the Rhythm are exactly the same with mildly different designs.  I think the overall height of the Rhythm is slightly higher than the Vanto, but you won't notice that.

The Edision should be a bit more in cost than the Vanto and the Rhythm, simply because the factory installs their UV-C light as standard, other than that, performance should be exactly the same.

To be completely honest, and all other factors being equal, I would put the R6 ahead of everything in terms of desirability... and then pick one of the other three by drawing straws.

R series is more equivalent to paradise series from caldera or 700 series sundance. What price points are you at and have you wet tested them?  What options are included with each tub?  Circ pumps, ozone will all be options on all of those tubs I believe

We are searching for our first hot tub. .

Welcome to the forum! I hope you will come back and let us know what you decide. So far your choices seem pretty good and reputable dealers is a plus.  Take your time, don't let it stress you. Let them know you're sincere in your shopping, but don't feel compelled to hurry.

Thank you all for the helpful info and advice. They are all so similar that it's hard to decide.

The best quote that we have right now for the Edison is $5,659.50 including the lift, delivery and taxes, is this a good price?  We are still negotiating with the other three dealers to see what prices we get from them.
