303 aerospace protectant

hey would like to know where i can find 303 protectant products localy? Ive called auto parts stores and they have no idea what im asking about. So far the only place ive seen them is on the net. Would you recomend using the 303 cleaner products on the spa cover prior to using the 303 aerospace protectant. How often should spa cover be cleaned and sprayed to protect it?
