Since the topic of football has come up recently .....I was wondering who some you thought the better QB'S are playing today....I think most people will start with Peyton....I think the real up and comer is Carson Palmer ......of all the young OB'S he's going to be near the top for the next 10 years....who would some of you pick...

I agree with you on Manning and Palmer.  I think Eli Manning will be an outstanding QB.  I think Roethlisberger, McNabb, and Vick are overrated.  Vick's a great athlete but doesn't throw the ball downfield as well as he should.  Drew Brees is streaky, but I think he will play for many years at a high level.  I think Alex Smith is going to be Joey Harrington in a couple of years.  Not sold on Chris Simms or Rex Grossman or Ken Dorsey.  Local McNown boy from East Texas will probably always be a backup.

Orton in Chicago may turn out to be a good one.  David Carr will never be more than mediocre.

Oh, if I had to pick one to start a team right now, it'd be Tom Brady or Carson Palmer.

Clearly Trent Dilfer is at the top of the list!

Ahhh, Joey Harrington... nice kid.  He used to come into my work all the time when I still lived in Portland and he was at UofO.  He was very polite, down to earth, even held the door open for me.

He was on my bench in FF until Marc Bulger went out for the season... now my undefeated season is up for grabs.   :'(  Got me 0 points on Thursday, but I guess that is better than the negative points I had when I had to use Trent Dilfer earlier in the season.   >:(
