And I thought I was paying too much in property tax in the People's Republic of Maryland (rain tax and all..).

I live on a dirt road. Have my own well and septic. No sidewalks, no city services except that big grader that moves snow. I pay 2600 a year for that. If I had some kids in school it would seem like a better deal, but still not bad.

I pay $4569.79 a year in property taxes.   I am on well and septic, also.   I have a single once a week trash pickup.   A flush tax and rain tax have been added recently.     40 different taxes have either been raised or added during the administration of the current Governor.   I can't wait for him to move on to national politics.

I avoided this subject at first, but I'd probably buy the same tub or similar put money into deck or a screen room.

have a search on the net for a Luxema 8000.
This is what I would have if money were no object.
