I had a j470 delivered without the remote. when I did get it it was for a 2013 model. Mine is 2012. anyway I linked it up and it worked fine but did not access the usb ipod stuff.
I did get the correct remote the other day and tried to link it with my tub but it doesnt work. I brought it to the store and linked it with a tub there so I know the remote works but tried it again at my place and no luck. old one still works though no problem.
Is there a way to clear the tubs memory or something? I took the batteries out of the one that was working in a faint attempt but that didnt work either.
I did press the buttons on the control panel and did the control up thing and it tries to link but fails every time.
I am hoping this is an easy one for you guys.
