Sweetwater Caymen w/extra warranty&filtration?

My Sundance dealer seems to be a straightforward guy.  He has offered us 2.5% for a cash sale and also says that if we go with the Sweetwater Caymen or Bahia he will up the warranty to match the Sundances and also retrofit the filtration with the .01 micro filtration.  Has anyone else upgraded a Sweetwater like this, with good results?  Sound like a fair deal?

What do you mean he has offered 2.5% for a cash sale?

The prices we got 2 wks ago...we called back yesterday and asked him if he can do better with an all cash sale, he said he will take off 2.5% becuz thats what he pays to a credit card, but then we cant get a 6mo/same as cash deal, which we dont want anyway. Sounded like he was being quite fair and honest.  We like him much better than our JP dealer who likes to put down everyone else and give us alot of wrong information.

Sundance Caprio: $6088 w/the 2.5% off for cash, includes sales tax, cover, chems, cd ozone.

Sweetwater Caymen: $5448, same deal as above but includes the micron filtration upgrade and upgraded warranty to 10-7-5 which matches Sundance.
