"Pinned" Articles

I was wondering if people had any interest in crafting and pinning a few articles for the more frequently asked questions.  Maybe a wikipedia type approach where we can get some of the major topics out there and not have to keep posting the same content over and over.  Suggested topics:

"I'm new to this, how do I start researching"
"Ack!  I have a tub, now what are all these chemicals for?"
"Servicemen scare me, what are some common repairs I can do on my own?"
"Do I look fat in this?"

Any interest?  I'd be glad to help out, in order to "give back" to the forum.

I don't mind taking a stab at a bunch of these, compiling the answers from previous posts here on the board.  Can't promise it'll happen quickly, and I'll likely avoid the chemical FAQ's since that seems to be most ambiguous and I don't have enough experience there to effectively write up different solutions.
