You can open it up and find the flowswitch which will be just past the heater on the right side. It's white 2" fitting with a grey wire coming out of it. Follow the wire to the control box and check the connection possibly loose? Other than that there is not a lot you can do. Suppose you could cut the wire and jump them together but it's not recomended. 2 weeks for a service person is crazy.
Have you tried turning it off for 20 min then back on without the circ pump filter in? Works sometimes but if the issue is bad enough it will return.

Well before you diss "Jacuzzi" service it's the dealer that is dissing you not Jacuzzi. It's not Jacuzzi's fault the dealers service guy quit and went out on his own. I would be yelling at the dealer if anything.
Anyway back to the spa There is no check valve in the circulation loop that I know of. How is the flow if you remove the circ pump filter does it change and if so, it's a dirty/clogged filter. You can also remove the filter and put your hand over the suction and see how strong it is. Also does your waterfall seem to be pouring out really good or just limping along. If it's just trickling out you have a possible air lock in the circ pump. Doubtfull but possible. The flow switch is nothing more than a sensor the hits a post when there is water flowing it does not work by pressure. If you do a search for a Jacuzzi 300 series flow switch you can see what it looks like internally.
Sorry about your troubles wish I could help you more. Our tech is the same way and owns his own business. Difference is our Jacuzzi customers get serviced right away, it does depend sometimes where they live like an island or a long ways away but he still gets to them within a couple of days or more if on an island which is an 4 hour ferry ride both ways.

Sorry that did come out a bit defensive and I understand, it's a tough position to be in. And your dealer is a psc of chit. Where you located? It's a quick fix if you could get the part you could probably do it. The spa should be drained though.
It always pisses me off to no end when dealers don't take responcibility for a product they are selling. They made the money they sold you the spa. I don't know if Jacuzzi can really help in this matter as their hands are kind of tied but it may be worth a call. 866-234-7727 press 0 when you get the recording. Good luck to you!

There is nothing wrong with the 400 series and we have very little trouble with them and we just ordered 4 more to replace what was sold. Your dealer is something else
And yes you can just unscrew it from the T just have to be carefull puting in back in and making sure it is pointing in the right direction.
And please take it for what it's worth your tub is a good one! I am in sales but was also a tech awhile back and I am still the service mngr.

Jim is 110% correct - if you put it into the existing T fitting, be SURE to line it up in the exact same orientation, which may not be exactly perpendicular nor parallel to the flow, but some angle in between.

Seems to me he could have just spliced the new wires into the old wires. Should be the same switch? Jacuzzi doesn't send parts out. My guess is he ordered the wrong parts and Jacuzzi sent him what he ordered.

I still would have at least tried to splice it in and see if it worked, least you would be up and running.
So in the long run what did the guy tell you. He will order the part and will see you in a month or was he going to have them overnight the part?
