We recently got this DreamMaker Eclipse for free... I love it! However, no bubbles. How do I begin to narrow the problem down?

if you just recently filled it, possibly pump air lock or are the jets closed...

Jets are open and water runs freely, its only the bubbles that are not working. Those are turned to on as well. Would that still ne an airlock issue?

no that would not be an air lock, it could be at the jet themselves. and the topside knobs are turned open for the air adjustment? if theyare i would check the jets, are they rotated all the way, are they tight in the jet housing...
