This storm was huge geographically, so I know a lot of us were affected.  For me, it was just a day off work. We had an ice storm, which knocked out power.  For me, no work, but my home kept power, so it was just a day off. Hope you guys did as well.

We spent quite a bit of time on the phone explaining to hot tub owners that lost power to keep their spas full and covered.  Tip, it's also a good idea to turn off the breaker to the spa and any other large draw electrical devices.

Did you lose power at your location?  I work at 270 and Roberts Road,  I think I remember seeing lights in your area as I drove by.  I live closer to Westerville, we didn't lose power for a change.

This is a pretty interesting weather map. Just move your mouse around to see temps and conditions.

If you can smile when things go wrong, you have someone in mind to blame.

It IS as bad as you think and they ARE out to get you.

Bill, no loss of power for any length of time here at the store.
However, many of our Powell, Delawar,Arlington and Clintoville customers were/are
without power.
I thought you lived near "tha hood" ???

Storm?? Huh...when?

Been snowing for a couple months here. Ice, rain, fluffy snow, heavy snow the banks are 4-5 feet high along the side walks. I should check the news more often.

We sit out west in nice weather all year 'round, but it is no fun to read about ice storms of this magnitude taking out power in large parts of the country.

I'm glad to see people coming together to help each other - checking on elderly, sharing firewood, plowing each other's roads and drives - our country looks pretty good when it comes together this way.
