Do you think it is real? I sent it to two of my friends who are master carpenters..I really believe if a technology exists that could prevent injuries or save lives, manufacturers are obligated to use it..

We have an old radial arm saw that my uncle gave my husband years ago and I am terrified of that thing. He won't let me get rid of it, yet no one is brave enough to use it. There are no safety features at all because it is so old..so I say TRASH HEAP...Those kinds of power tools are for pros and old ones should be tossed!

I remember seeing that saw before, my first question was, 'How drunk was the first person who stuck his/her finger in front of the blade to test it'. ???

Youtube is blocked at work, but I did see this on some show on cable that uses high speed photography. (can't think of the name of it right now) They did test it using a hot dog and the blade stopped everytime without so much as breaking the casing of the hot dog.

"Time Warp" I think.
If you can smile when things go wrong, you have someone in mind to blame.

It IS as bad as you think and they ARE out to get you.
