My first non-warranty repair
« on: April 30, 2010, 08:40:29 am »
After 7 years, I'm having my first non-warranty call. I lost, or am losing pump #1.  Unfortunately, none of the techs I've come to know here cover Columbus, Ohio.  I ended up choosing a guy my sister in law was familiar with. He installed her Dynasty Tub and I believe Dynasty has hired him as their go to guy since they no longer have a Columbus presence.

The guy has been great to deal with so far, I called, left a message, he called me right back, After finding out we don't have any dogs, he stopped checked out the problem while we were at work, and has the part on order.  He seemed impressed that we still use the tub 5-6 times a week after 7 years.
