Here's a link to an article about the closing of Tatum/Living Water. I'm not really sad to see them go.

"A major spa manufacturer has shut down operations..."
If they were a major spa manufacturer, who is a minor one?

No matter what their quality was, I think any company that built over
20,000
12,000 tubs a year when most minor companies build 4000-6000 can be classified as major.

That is what their volume was? If so, that would be considered major.

Like the rest of the industry, they peaked a couple of years ago. Also, I meant to type 12,000 not 20,000 which is a lot lower. IMHO, still major though.

According to Canadian industry magazine
Pool & Spa Marketing
, "Sunrise Spas in Grimsby, Ont., and Outback Essentials in Lakeland, Fla., have joined forces to purchase the operating assets of Tatum Manufacturing Inc., a manufacturer of portable spas in Tampa, Fla.....Sunrise will occupy space at Outback to produce Tatum's Freestyle spa brand, in addition to producing a new line from its Canadian plant...."

Looks like it's just the Freestyle brand?

If you can't sell it on eBay, it may not even qualify as landfill.
