Since spa is under warranty call for service. Ask them these questions. Why even ask us? That is what the warranty and dealer are for.
I agree with crankypants dan... You certainly could drain the spa prior to the tech coming out but they also may want to locate any other possible leaks before draining. Again, ask them what they would like...
I have a new name, crankypants dan My advice for the day:You paid the big bucks for a spa from a dealer who offers service. Use that dealer.
