It usually means the interior/exterior is one big piece of plastic, rather than a typical spa that is acrylic with a fiberglass or ABS backing and a traditional synthetic or wood exterior.

Most spas are made of a single sheet of "plastic" (usually acrylic), that's heated and sucked down into a mold (called vacuum forming).

Rotomolded, AKA rotational molded, is a rotating mold, into which plastic pellets (I believe typically polyethylene) are put, then heated till liquid, and the mold rotates to evenly cover the sides. It's then cooled and removed from the mold.

Got a brochure for South Pacific Spas.  Their big claim is that the tub is rotomolded.  Strangely enough this brochure offers no website, physical address or 800 number.
