Nope no power drain.  We had the pump for the pool already so I didn't bother with that as a option but it is a cool idea!

Takes about 10 minutes for your model.  That's including setup and take down time!

Sundance and Bullfrog.  I service all makes.  Parents and future in-laws are Hot Springs owners of 8 years each.

As far as beat up goes, I chose this forum primarily because of the quality of members - lots of objective help.  Bullfrog is relatively new, but with the technology - don't worry - we're growing at a strong rate.

We bought an extra sump pump at home depot. Just be sure to let the water cool first (it doesn't like 100 degree water!). Takes about 10 minutes tops.
