If your PH and TA are on the low side, what would be the best way to get them both up without going nuts. I do not want to start adding increasser then decreaser then increaser and on and on and on......

First adjust TA with Baking Soda (TA Increaser).  You need to know how much to add by testing.  Once you know your reading and your goal, find a table that tells you how much to add.  Of course you need to know how many gallons you have.

Once you have TA where it needs to be you may have to adjust pH.

I find using baking soda raises both TA and PH ... you may find that too!

The Baking Soda will increase both.  If you want to just raise pH, use pH Increaser (soda ash).
