Do they provide on-site diagnosis and repair?

Thanks

Well, yeah.  It'd be terribly inconvenient to have to bring the spa in for service.

Except that if you want your shell replaced under warranty, I think you have to ship the spa (at your own expense) back to the factory.

Yep, looks like a $2000 spa to me  :o

Now remember, it states quite clearly, "only one per family/ no dealers". What does that mean? Do you have to have a coupon? :)
Looks scary...but to each his own.

This is not legit, tell you them you want them to deliver that 1995.00 spa over the phone and see if you can just buy it like that. It won't happen. It is a bait and switch company that's all, there is nothing more to it. We get many customers who after having bought the spa come to us for help. It appears that from the customers we get that offer very little support.

It is just a scam.

Let me guess- Both the husband AND wife must attend the class, and you must provide 2 forms of ID to get in.  One can be a drivers license, the other MUST be a checkbook, or possibly a credit card.

Sounds a lot like bait and switch to me.  Or at least a high pressure sell to get you
to buy a more expensive spa.

They probably sell timeshares too.

Run awaaaayyyyyyy...................

you pretty much got it, the time share is pretty accurate, I looked at these when I was shopping for a spa a few years ago, that's why I knew the program.
