I have a model # and a serial #. It says maax spas. But it doesn't tell me what kind. How do I find that out online?

It's made by Maax spas, then what ever that model number is, that's what it is.  Many use mdl numbers for what it is for instance Cal spa uses FSL848, which means family series, lounge, 8ft, 48 jets.  If that makes sense?   Post the mdle# for us and maybe someone can help..

Mdl# is 28000tg95

That doesn't look like a mdl number, maybe the TG95  Any other info inside the spa on the equipment?

I got nothing for ya bud.     It probably has Balboa parts in it, waterway jets and some kind of filter.  Maxx is pretty much a shell with jets in it, like 99.99% of the spas out there, though a few do it better than they do or others.

What info are you looking for other than on what mdl it might be? Big scheme of things that doesn't matter too much..
