Used Great Lakes Manitou
« on: March 04, 2007, 07:25:50 am »
A friend of mine is looking at buying a Great Lakes Manitou.  It's a 2001 but I don't know what condition it is in.  He knows the couple that is selling it and I don't think they would screw him over, but you never know.  Anyways, they're asking $1500 for it, but I told him even if it's in good condition I wouldn't go any higher than $1000.  Opinions please.

I think 1000 is a pretty good price for that unit. Remember it is almost 6 years old so expect a pump or heater to be close to it's life span, but they are very easy to work on and the parts are off the shelf for any supply place. If it's in good working order and everything functions as it should, it's not bad.
