Water change in under 1.5 hours
« on: November 14, 2006, 03:10:08 pm »
This am I placed fresh start in let it run for 1 hour.

Went out at 9am and hooked up hose to drain and also I used an item the dealer loaned me.  It is a quick drainer.  It has a long 3 foot 1" tube on it with a hose and it drained fast.  I cleaned out the tub, treated the head rests, blew out the lines sprayed the tub with anti bacterial and I was filling before 10am.  Tub filled, bromine reserve added and new filter placed in.  Added a zorby sponge and I am good to go before 11am.

water was 53at 11am and now it is sitting at 84at 3pm.  4 hours 31 degrees, should be good to go by tonight for a soak at 104.  Cant wait, love the new water.

Oh by the way, refresh worked amazing, The water looked so bad after I used this.  It got dirty but I took the side panel off and noticed that the clear lines looks great.

I hooked up my blower to the filter chamber and it pushed water through lines out jets.  Then just to be sure, I switched the pump from blow to suck, (easy terminator) and minimal water came out.  Worked for me.

I went in the tub at 6:45pm with my son.  So drain and refill 9hrs 45min.  I can live with that.
