Removing panels - frequency

How often do you need to remove the panels for any reason?

I took mine off (2 sides) for the electrician (& to check all the guts out & watch for leaks) & put them back on.  Lining up exactly w/ the original screw holes didn't seem possible, so I just screwed back into the frame creating a new set of holes.

Obviously this can only be done so many times before the wood in the frame gets chewed up.  I can't see any reason for me to need to take them off again, but I'm sure it will be necessary at some point.  So if nothing is broken, is there any reason to remove any panels for routine maintenance?

The only panel I ever remove is the one over the service bay.  I need to remove it to access the drain.
