Ozonator switch
« on: September 18, 2006, 05:03:08 pm »
I love to just soak (06 Optima) with only the water fall running after my 20 minute massage, but it seems that the ozonator will turn on shortly after the pumps have stopped.

Does anyone know if there is a way to turn it off for a nice quite, ozone free soak? Without unhooking the plumbing?

regards as always

I have wondered the same thing tubbyB.  We too like to sit and chat or drink a cold beverage (or 6) following a soak.  Can anyone pipe in on this?  Is ozone safe as long as the cover is completely open?

Thanks,
Jr

Perfectly safe!

Ozone itself has next to no residual,  by the time you see bubbles its gone, and has reverted to oxygen.
