Hi Everyone,

Hoping that someone out there will have some answers to my problem.

I filled my brand new spa with water & as luck would have it I got a message "Sn3".  Looked it up & the manual says: "Open or Shorted Sensor (heater disabled)  The main sensor is non-functional....."

What happened?  Does anyone know what could have caused this?

Maybe a defective part.  It's a brand new spa, and no doubt your warranty will cover the repair.
Maybe ask the tech when he comes to fix your spa.

I called my dealer Sunday he said they would take care of me first thing Monday morning. Then I called my electrician and told him he may have hooked the spa up incorrectly. The electrician came back to check his work and found a loose wire to the sensor. I think he may have knocked it loose while connecting other wires. By Sunday evening I found out why you spa veterans call it "spatopia" 8). Thanx to those of you who took time to respond. Pics to come.
