Soft Soak Users

I am looking to compare notes and usage with other Soft Soak users.  I am not looking for people to bash it or recommend something else.  We've been very happy with it.  My initial question is the best way to deal with rising pH.  Feel free to send me a message rather than adding to the thread.

Add pH decreaser.  That is what we do with BaquaSpa, similar product.  It is the nature of these products to have rising increasing PH.
