Before draining tub today I pulled the line off the Ozone Generator.  There was pretty much nothing coming out.  The line is clear.  The top outlet/inlet on the unit has a plug in it.  Is there anything I can check on it?  It is about 5 years old.

The ozone generator does not push anything out.  Ozone is sucked out of the generator by a mazzei injector.

If your ozone generator is UV, the bulb is used up.  You will need to replace it.

If CD ozone nothing to check.  all should be good.

Does your ozone have its own inlet?  Is there flow?

Best scene was after Spade hit farley with a 2 x 4.

Farley: Do I have a mark on my face? It hurts here, and here....not so much here , but definatly here. and here.

Spade: No. nothing.

Watiress: Oh my god! your face! What happened to you!!!!!

It is a cd.  I have checked it before and remember it blowing some air out of it that is why I thought maybe something is plugged up.  I broke the nipple on the check valve trying to get hose back on.  Will be next week before they have another one.  The hose is brittle so I will replace it allso.  Still not sure it is working as it should though.

Got ozone working again.  The top inlet on the generator had what I thought was a plug in it.  It is some sort of regulator.  It was plugged up.  Found out the hard way.  Was trying to blow through it and ended up sucking some crap out of it.  Not the recommended way of doing it.  Does not leave a very pleasant taste in your mouth.  The hose on the other side of the check valve was all plugged up with white stuff.  Ended up getting it out but hose needs to be replaced as it is very brittle.  The hose I used on the ozone generator side is some soft rubber hose I got from work.  Not sure it is compatable with ozone.

Don't put that stuff near your mouth or eyes. It is Nitric Acid, a side benefit of High-Outpu CD ozonators.

And you'll know pretty quick if the hose you got is ozone-proof or not.
