First of all it is very doubtful that anyone could have an allergic reaction to dichlor if they use it in accordance with the approach developed by the Vermonter.  Go to Doc's site and get it.  

Second, Doc is right, if you haven't done so already, I recommend that you read his post.  

Third, if you insist on using a peroxide based system, use one of the commercially available ones mentioned at the beginning of this thread.

There are a lot of smart people hanging around here, you done good on this one.

In spending about 20 minutes seaching the same thing in approx 10 sites, I found 2 that recommended it.

Conclusion: Don't believe everything you read on the internet!

Most say that it is not recommended as a stand alone product and more importantly, IT'S FREAKIN DANGEROUS!! Not something I personally promote...
