The tub I purchased has an Ozonator and Sodium Bromide. Can someone recommend a starter kit with tester and chems?

See what is available at your dealer- they might have a couple options, and probably are setup to test water and do other things to assist you in getting your spa setup.
Does you spa not come with a starter kit of some type?

Most seem to be using either dichlor or bromine.
It's not really necessary to know but out of curiousity, what's the make and model of your tub?

Not a mountain lake? Then it's still a chemical soup!

Spa is a Spa Assemblers, custom build out of FA. Model is Jewel. They have it @ spajazz.com.

It comes with the liquid bromine (Sodium Bromide). Supposed to last for 6 months without water change or adding any bromine.

The tub doesn't come with any chemicals, they refered to a local dealer. Couldn't see the $4K difference in buying local so went with an internet deal. Keepinng fingers crossed....

Good luck with that.  Do you know someone that has this spa or have you heard of it through word of mouth?  I haven't heard of them before.

Any local dealer will be able to help you with the chemical stuff or do a search on here and type in Dichlor or Bromine and you should get pleny of information.

Also, the RHTubs website has some information on chemicals as well.

Wish you the best.

Never heard of the spa you purchased, however, a BIG good luck to you with it! I hope you have many happy days of tubbing! Like Anoroc stated, a local dealer should be able to help you with water testing and chemicals.  Do you know who will be servicing your spa and are they local?

Not a chance, that's sales hype to tell you what you want to hear. Get with the local dealer they referred you to and have them recommend a sanitizing routine.
