First Fill
« on: December 25, 2005, 12:00:10 pm »
I just bought a D! Chairman II which is being delivered within the next two weeks.

I read on this forum that its a good idea to fill the tub, saniitize, drain, and then refill before using.

It was suggested that swirl away and then clorine be used? What temp should the tub be at when doing this iinitial  flushing?

All help and advise is greatly appreciated.

Thanks so much.

Our Jacuzzi was filled and tested twice before we got it so I didn't feel a big need to flush it. The dealer said it was more a comfort issue than a need.

We couldn't decide whether to wax it before filling it.  The dealer said we could use their stuff, car wax or nothing.  Still don't know if it is a good idea or not.

Since the hose was hooked up when I thought to ask the question, we did nothing and filled it.

So far, all is fine.

Good luck.
