disposable swim suits?

When I  wet tested and evetually purchased my new hot tub,   some of the dealers had "disposable" suits for the customers to wear for wet tests.  (made from tyvek material).

Although not the most fashionable things, I was pretty impressed with the men's  swim trunks, they were fairly comforatbale and held up well in the water.


I'd like to purchase some of these to have on hand for the folks who don't bring/forget thier suits.

Does anyone know of a good source for these? And what the costs might be?  I did a quick search of google and found a few places, but didn't know if anyone could offer further advice?  Are the ones for the women comfortble?

Tyvek...doesn't it kind of float?  How about body paint....
you could get it to match your shell cover

tyvek material  is pretty durable and I was surprised.  My wife has been bugging me to find some and I haven't gotten around to it.


Body paint might work,  who's going to apply it?

I guess when I think of Tyvek I remember my days working in pharmaceutical clean rooms. It is HOT, it bellows because it doesn't let air escape and it was very unpleasant to wear. And isn't it slipery when it gets wet? One thing I do know positive, it doesn't shed fibers.
I can't wait to tell my husband they are making bathing suits from Tyvek....

Ah, the old disposable "bunny suits".

keep in mind these swim suits are trunks and do not have elasticized cuffs so air circulates.  They are not the greatest thing in the world,  but if could pick up a dozen at a reasonable price,  I would consider it.  

From the site that Chris pointed, the female suits looked very uncomfortable.

Isnt' Tyvek the stuff they wrap houses in to seal them up better?  You could always run to the nearest Home Depot, purchase a roll, and make your own.  One roll of the stuff would last a lifetime.  
And your friends will probably never forget to bring swimtrunks to your hot tub parties ever again.

Tyvek is not biopdegradable.

I go down to Sam's Club from time to time and pick up some nice designer swimwear for customers to use when they test soak.  They get to keep the swimsuit as a gift.  You can get really nice ones that say $79 on the price tag, but you paid $15 for them.  Leave the tag on, tell your guests to keep the suit, and you'll be considered a high roller!
