NEW Solana TX no heat

Finally decided on the Solana TX and it was delivered and set up today

Everything works but we have no heat

Looking for anyone who has info

Won't be able to get dealer until morning

Can't see letting it run all night

How long has it been running with the cover on? That spa will be running at 110v I presume and if so it'll literally take half a day to heat up or more. You may just not be feeling much heat because at 100V it heats slowly and the water outake doesn't seem much hotter than the vessell in general. Wait awhile before you decide it's not heating.

Good advise

Woke up this morning and it it heated nicely

It ran for almost 12 hours to the minute and heard it shut off

Going to the dealer today for instructions

Looking forward to getting in
