Having been using electronic forms of communication for 20 years now, I can tell you its easy to misinterpret someones emotion in a post, or read anger that isn't there. � That's where the lighten up comes in. �

Now toughen up, if you think somene has offended you, or slighted you, take it up with them personally in IM, nobody else cares. �
