How do you put pictures along with your post?  I tried to copy and just drop it in but didn't work.

(See pics in "Rubber Ducky" post)  That's what I'm trying to do.

The pictures must have a "home".If they do just enter the site address as you see below WITHOUT THE "XXX" (which I added so it wouldn't show up as the picture) and viola.

Forgive me for being dense...I get the http:\www....
and just copying the address but how do you get a picture from your personal hard drive into a post?

Can that be done?

No, it can't.  If it was done that way, the servers here would fill up with pictures.  They have to exist on the web somewhere else and references in the manner Spatech mentioned.   There are a few free web hosting sites around.

I don't think it's "quote", but is "img". as below

If you can't sell it on eBay, it may not even qualify as landfill.

Retired (mostly) from the industry after 33 years...but still putzing around with a consumer information website, and trying to sell obsolete owners manuals

If you go to : http://www.photobucket.com/

Easy instructions and it's free and they'll even format for you specifically for forums like this. Good Luck.
