I didn't either, until he only answered with "Ah".  That just isn't Chas material!!  I'm sure he is thinking up a really good zinger!!!

And too follow up, Chas was right on the money. The tub was working fine after re-setting the heater.

And FWIW, I re-read the manual and found all my answers plainly spell out in small words that even I could understand. So,  next time, I need to RTFM.  ;)  

I'll write a reveiw after I have used the tub a bit and have settled in.
