First of all I want to thank eveyone connected with running this board!! I have found it to be the best real resource on HOT TUBS.!! I am very new to the SPA world so all the info that I have gathered from reading all the post has been great!! I have just bought my first SPA...I haven't had it delivered yet,, still getting a 240 v line put in.. I have to agree 100% with the info about you get what you pay for... Let's face it we all would like a good "DEAL" but after researching, using this forum and talking and visiting with many people I agree that there is a HUGE difference between the 3-4K HT's and 6.5K and up models!!! Thanks eveyone again with your messages.. I have enjoyed reading them all and shortly am looking forward to participating about my endevours with my spa..
Thanks again!!

Welcome RUSHFAN!!!!
I have found this board invaluable as well and alot of good support here. There are a few " " but 99% of folks here are genuine and good hearted.
Keep involved and let us know how you came up with you decision to get your spa....Sundance Maaxus right?

Yes I went with a sundance Maxxus.
. I am 6"6" tall so I prefer the extra depth. Also I have 4 kids so at least 6 people may be in at any time(plus friends). Also most Holiday get togethers happen at our house so the larger the better I felt..
Thanks again,

Hi, I live in Maryland, Color was Bluegrass with the Coastal Cbinet color (Goes with house very well) was $10k with Sunsound Stereo, Lifter, sunzone cd, contoured steps( I thought they would come with it first since they are form fitted for the Maxxus), chemicals, Setup, delivery and MD tax. (5%)

Nice looking tub, I haven't been to a Sundance dealer in awhile, so I looked at the website to see what fit a 6'6 guy.
Here is his color choice

Wow! That's not a small tub! Should have no trouble squeezing a six-footer into that one.
And it looks almost as good as this one:
