Nordic Spas

Given our price range and needs I had my decision narrowed down to an '04 Tiger River Suamatran and an '04 Jacuzzi J335. The Jacuzzi is no longer available and the '05 is out of our price range, but the dealer has taken on a new line called Nordic Spas. I have not seen any mention of them in the forum. Does anyone have any feedback on this brand?
Thanks again to all on this forum for the great education I have gotten in how to purchase a spa.

Are you reffering to Nordic Hot Tubs, out of Michigan? If
so, they are a solid line of, what I call introductory
priced spas. The company is a pleasure to work with.
They don't look like anything else in the industry. This is
a niche spa, mostly round, a couple of square models.
Not alot of frills, but a solid product.

I agree. We carried them for a while and found them to be very reliable.
Very basic. No bells. No whistles.

We just started carrying them. They have a great look to them. The cabinetry is very sharp looking. Simple yet very efficient and reliable product!!

I've had my Nordic Rendezvous II since October and love it. No complaints about anything from me. Friend also got a Crown XL and is very happy. Basic hot tub, built well, and very affordable!!!!!!!

I enjoy checking out the spas when someone brings up a brand I am unfamiliar with. This one has a neat layout for socializing
This is the model that Jayslater mentioned.

Jayslater, If you don't mind my asking, how much did you pay for the Renezvous?

I got mine in early October and it is the one pictured above. I paid $4700 complete for tub, including steps, cover, cover lifter, ozonator, natures II, start up chemicals, 12 color led light, delivery and set up. I live in Baltimore, MD and my dealer is about 40 miles away in Southern PA.
And I repeat: I am extremely happy with it. I am not 100% sure they still make the II.

We are also owner's of a Nordic tub.. have the Warrior XL model. Purchased it in Oct 2004- paid $3860. delivered with steps, chem start up, cover, led light, ozone, and cover lifter.
Like Jay we have had no problems with it. I would put the cost of elec. for it at about $20-25 per month. Chems about $5-10 a month.
We use ours just about every night. It's been a very good investment!!!
