I agree with Spahappy. sometimes the best thing you can do is send a customer with that type of attitude to your competitor and let them have the heartache. being in retail for over 25 years I have found some people to be impossible to deal with. They only understand taking advantage of people. No matter what you do he will never be happy and badmouth you anyway,so cut your losses and move on. BTW ,you did everything and more to satisfy him .If he can,t see that ,you don't want him around anyway. I hope my dealer shows as much concern for me in my hour of need.
