First Soak in Grandee Ahhhh Now a PROBLEM...

I know this may not be a big deal but our accessory panel on the other side of the tub doesnt work :(  I guess I will call the dealer in the AM and see what can be done.  On a side note the soak was very NICE!!

Easy fix, dealer should take care of it with no problem. If that was the best that Murphy could do then your luck is with you.

Check to be sure you don't have the spa on 'spa lock.' If the regular panel is working, then you don't.

It might just be unplugged: did you get Ozone, Spaudio or a remote control? Those all plug into the same area as the Aux panel so they may have simply overlooked the one wire.

In any event, it will be taken care of...

Glad you're enjoying the new tub !!

I had a similar problem with my Vista when I got it.   The remote panel wouldn't work when it got cold out, no problem, dealer came by and put a new one in.

It sure sounds like it's unplugged. Keep soaking and note any questions you have so when they come out you can get an extra orientation out of it by covering all the little things that new owners always want to ask after having it a couple days.

Did you call the dealer yet?  What did they say?

Get a new one installed, problem will be solved.

So what's the status on this?

What turned out to be the problem?  How's the tub working for you now?

try beating on it with a hammer.  I don't think this would void the warranty - or would it Chas ?

850-R do you still visit the forum?  I would really like to know the status on your tub.

That is one change I hope to see in the new software, a list visit statement.
