Thats very pretty! I envy your sun. I'd like a pond with lilies, but my whole yard is shaded by oaks. Nice in the hot summers, though. That looks like a very relaxing place to sit.

Thanks Anne, It is a very relaxing spot but a lot of work each spring. I have this strange love of fish, so I have them in and out of the house. I actually have a small pond in my sunroom too.  :)

Like aquarium fish, they tend to grow based on the available space. So my fish don't really ever get pan sized. I did have 2 catfish but that is a looong story. :(

Hmm.....beautiful idea, but I'm thinking "not so much" for here. *lol* I think I'll just keep it pretty simple for most of the back yard, and jazz it up around the tub with wildflowers, climbing roses, etc.....that should help keep the dogs outta trouble. (RIIIIIIIIIGHT)
I'll keep checking out other ideas though, for the front yard.....ours is very small (about 50'Wx15'D), and has a very "cookie cutter" look to it.....When I finally figure something out, I'll be sure to post it!
RIP C-Rod
