Since a floater is not involved in a dichlor routine, it is unlikely......

I know no floater, but ...   I went soaking last night and just for fun decided to check the chem levels.  Well the cholrine was very high (especially since I only put a tsp in the night before and it is always barely readable the next day).

So I was wondering if there might be another reason/cause and if this is possible with dichlor?
