I am a happy owner of Arctic Spa Ocean
But! I have connection issues and struggle to understand - why.
I hope someone who had the issue before can help me.
So, The Spa is connected via Powerlink, so I assume that is is a hardwired connection that should not struggle.
The Powerlink adapter shows always green lights - so - no issues.
My Spa getting disconnected all the time and stays disconnected for a long time, sometimes it is getting connected back.
Spa Restart will always connect it back.
The power consumption chart on the Arctic Spa website shows data - so they receive info but I can not connect to the spa via their website to control the spa or to see the temperature and so on. I do not understand what is going on.
I will connect the spa via ethernet eventually and it might help but still, the situation is unclear to me.
I would be happy to see some feedback
