2000-2001 Coleman 555 Hot Tub

1st time poster and I need some help. I bought a house that has a 2000-2001 Coleman 555 by Maax spa. The seller disclosed it was broken at the time of the deal. Once i got my keys I decided to see if it worked. After uncovering the spa it revealed that is was in really good shape. Once filled I powered the spa on at the breaker and the motor ran. One of the 2 pumps is working although leaking. I went to turn the heat up and the problem was discovered. The Topside Controller is broken. I found a Balboa one that seems to work with my Coleman, and will order upon additional opinions.

This spa is almost 20 years old. We know one pump and motor work. We cannot test the heat or other pump without the replacement controller for $250. Is this spa worth saving? Parts seem had to find and I'm not sure why the pump is leaking.

Also I am missing a filter, and screen. I cannot seem to find a part # anywhere for them. Does anyone know the size I need for both?

TIA

The spa should still heat with a bad controller (topside).  If the leak is small enough, leave it running for a bit and see if it heats up.
