Jacuzzi-Fair Price
« on: August 12, 2018, 08:14:17 pm »
Hi! I went to a spa dealer for the time first time and received what I thought was an awesome price on the J245. I was given a price of $7450 that included steps, cover, chemicals delivery and setup. And then I stumbled on this forum and noticed some of the posters were being offered at a much lower price. So how much should I expect to pay for a J245 or from a list price?

That's roughly the price I would imagine it goes for.  It's in line with a Hot Spot Relay.  Maybe you could get it right under $7k if paying with check/cash?

I’d argue the price is a little higher than I’d expect.  Pretty much the same specs as the Rhythm from Hot Spot.  I know I wouldn’t spend 8k with tax on that spa.  I’d try and get a quote on the Rhythm to see if it’s a good price in your market.

I’m priced very similar to d00nut. Think you can probably get a few hundred off but probably not much more. Is it in stock?  If it needs to be ordered I wouldn’t expect it anytime soon. Pretty sure the factory at Jacuzzi will be down for awhile after the videos I saw of it today

One of Jacuzzi's factory's went up in flames over the weekend.  No injuries or deaths thankfully... but it took over 2 days to put out and some walls collapsed.  Hoping they get back to running to business as usual soon.

Do they have more than 1 factory or should that have really said 1 of their buildings?

I don't know if they have more than 1, I thought they just had one, but the article in Pool and Spa news said one of their buildings...
