I've seen a couple and they seemed to be built well. These were 10-15 years old when I fixed a pump seal leak I think on one and a control problem on the other. I bootlegged parts from another dealer. So I have not dealt with the factory. The owners loved them. There isn't a dealer here.

I've heard good things but not much on the internet about them.

I sold Saratoga years ago, 2001-2005.  I think they make a solid spa.  Up until recently, company support was great.  Some of the long term employees retired and the replacement are not as good, but its hard to replace experience.  I would not have any hesitation about Saratoga standing behind their product.  If the dealer is good and you like the spa, I would go for it.

What model are you looking at?

Looking at special edition regent or a g50. Both priced around 6500. Seems like a solid price my other choice is a marquis vector 21 94l at 7900.

I like the layout in the Regent more than the G50, however its probably been 13 years since I have personally seen or sat in either.  $6500 is probably a good price, but I haven't seen recent Saratoga pricing to confirm.

The Marquis V94L is a really nice layout and at $7900 that is a good price.  Just remember that the Vector21 series, everything is an upgrade.  Full Foam Insulation, Spa Frog, Ozone, Starlight LED Lighting, etc.  I would expect it to have none of those at that price.
