2001 Dynasty or 2013 Alps?

Looking at used hot tubs. Found 2001 Dynasty that looks great, but is old.
2013 Alps that also looks pretty good, well taken care of, but some little things going bad already.
Would the Dynasty that has been working since 2001, be a better choice?
