Been gone for a very long time but I'm still lurking around! I still write a Technical Column for SpaRetailer Magazine called "Troubleshooter" and I'm looking for some input!
Do you guys order most of your replacement covers from an outside source or do you order through the manufacture?
Are you able to be competitive on price with the internet?
How difficult is the process and how often are you stuck with the cover?
Do you custom order?
Is it easier for your customer to just go direct?
